A severe flood warning has been issued because river levels are rising at the Ludlow (Teme) river gauge as a result of heavy rainfall.
We would like to reassure our patients that Portcullis Surgery will be open tomorrow as usual. Please call us if you have any difficulty in coming in for a booked appt and we can always convert your appointment to a telephone appt or rebook the appointment for you. Home visiting may be restricted tomorrow due to staff shortages or in flood affected areas.
If you live in an at risk area, please activate any property flood protection products you may have, such as flood barriers and air brick covers and have a bag ready with vital items like medicines and insurance documents.
