IMPORTANT MESSAGE PLEASE SHARE WITH ALL YOUR FRIENDS AND ANYONE YOU KNOW
We are worried about a recent survey launched by the Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin NHS Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs). They have asked for patients’ views on the current blood taking service.
Initially we thought that they were asking for views about the blood taking service based at Shrewsbury hospital but now it is becoming clear that views are also being requested about blood taking services that are based at the practice.
We are concerned that if our patients do not fill in the survey supporting our blood taking service at the practice then this service may possibly be lost or decommissioned.
If you have had blood tests at the practice or with a visit by our wonderful HCAs during the COVID-19 pandemic or at any point and want this service to REMAIN at the practice please take the time to fill in the survey.
By taking part, you will be contributing towards keeping services local. In particular if you can please answer question 14. Where would you prefer to go to have your blood tested? Please rank 1 – 5 where 1 is your preferred option.
