Prescriptions
Prescription requests (repeat and new medication requests)
NON URGENT REQUESTS
If your request is not urgent you can do the following:
1. If you are registered for patient access you can order them online (please see link below)
2. You can call POD on 03333 583 509 (local rate number)
3. You can message the practice online (We do not take phone requests for repeat prescriptions only EMAIL)
4. If you cannot use online methods or email POD or the practice and/or find POD difficult to use, you can post your repeat prescription to us or hand it in to our letterbox at the front entrance of the practice. However please note that due to COVID-19 our staff will not handle any post for 3 days so your repeat precription will not be issued until 3-4 days after we have received your request.
URGENT REQUESTS
If your request is URGENT please do not try to come to the surgery to hand in your urgent prescription request.
