TRAVEL VACCINES: Do you need vaccinations for travel? Planned closure for Emergencies from 12pm onwards New entrance to the practice PLANNED CLOSURE FOR TRAINING: Wednesday 24th January from 12pm-6.30pm Update on our Pilot on Access 22/1/2024 Reduction in waiting times and improving access Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year Children in Need 2023 THE NHS APP AND ACCESS TO YOUR ONLINE RECORDS IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR OUR PATIENTS REGARDING COVID SECURE MEASURES 10/10/2023
As mentioned earlier in the week the next delivery of vaccine for the SWPCN is Thursday 25th February and we estimate that we will only have enough vaccine for about a third of the patients in cohort six.
This delivery date and numbers are the same for all practices in the South west PCN.
Portcullis practice has now started inviting HIGH RISK patients within Priority Six Cohort group for appointments to Church Stretton for Friday 26th and Saturday 27th February. We will also invite a small number of patients to our practice on Saturday 27th February as well as covering any housebound patients within this cohort.
The texts of invitation to Church Stretton will look like the photo below. They are not a scam. We will only ask for a DOB to confirm your details, nothing else.
If you are a priority six patient and do not get an invitation from our practice either by text or phone call in the next few days you may have to wait until the next delivery.
If you receive an invitation letter for the race course or any other National Centre we would recommend that you go ahead and BOOK your appointment at any location you are happy to travel to. Do not wait for an appointment from the practice as we may take a while to invite you due to lack of vaccine supply.
Please fill in the form below if you are happy to travel or be contacted at short notice form and we will let you know if there is any spare vaccine in Church Stretton or other locations as soon as we know.
