THANKYOU to FlowFit staff who have taken part in the Captain Tom 100 challenge, either walking, running and cycling, smashing their original 100 mile target and finally reaching a massive 249.62 miles collectively
They have raised a magnificent £500, which they have split between Station Drive Surgery and Portcullis Surgery.
This week is national volunteer week and we would like to thank all our volunteers for all their help.
The money raised by flow fit therefore, will be used to support training and support for our wonderful befriender volunteers of our Compassionate Communites Project.
We would like to thank FlowFit for their fund-raising efforts.

Can you help? Would you like to get involved?
Do you have a couple of hours once a week or fortnight to support someone in their own home to stay healthy and socially connected?
Would you be interested in:
Visiting and befriending; (Online, phonecalls or socially distanced)
Helping with errands;
Helping someone with social activities.
Then COCO befriending may be for you.
Initial training is provided at Severn Hospice, Shrewsbury online
Ongoing support is provided throughout your time as a volunteer by our practice.
