UPDATE 24/5/2019 IMPORTANT MESSAGE REGARDING VENUE FOR COVID-19 VACCINATIONS FOR THIS COMING SUNDAY 30TH MAY –
Due to unforseen circumstances, we have had to change the venue of our Covid-19 clinic for this Sunday (30th May) to the Ludlow Community Hospital (please do not go to the Ludlow Mascall Centre). The time of your appointment will be the same, only the venue has changed.
We are hoping to text all patients to let them know individually over the next coming days but need your help to share this message as widely as possible so that everyone attends the correct venue (Ludlow Community Hospital)
We are sincerely sorry for any inconvenience caused by the change of venue
