Vaccination update 25.2.2022

A recently published report confirms that NHS primary care teams (mostly GPs) delivered 71% of the total vaccinations given by the Covid Vaccination program.

GPs were also responsible for delivering the vaccine to the majority of care homes and housebound: the most vulnerable groups in society.

We remind our patients that we continue to run a weekly walk in clinic every Friday from 4-5pm for Covid Boosters.

We are also starting to liase with NHS England in order to plan for Spring Boosters for our immunecompromised patients and are awaiting permission to start vaccinating 5-11 year olds.
