Zoom workshop for anxiety for 17-25 year olds

CALLING ALL PATIENTS 17-25 WHO ARE STRUGGLING WITH ANXIETY.
ZOOM WORKSHOP FOR A GROUP OF 2-4 PATIENTS AVAILABLE! 
Recent research suggests that as many as one in six young people will experience an anxiety condition at some point.
This means that up to five people in a school class may be living with anxiety such as OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder), social anxiety and shyness, exam stress, worry or panic attacks.
Our lovely counsellor Siri is holding an anxiety anxiety/self-esteem workshop on Saturday 3rd April on zoom from 10:30-11:30am
