Update on Computer systems Good News! 21/7/2024. 
Our computer systems are back working again
We are now able to
*access records
*issue or send prescriptions electronically to pharmacies
*receive and view any blood or X ray results
*receive and view any recent letters from consultants
If you have an appointment this week PLEASE COME TO YOUR BOOKED APPOINTMENT there is NO NEED TO CANCEL.
We are now working through our notes, blood tests and letters since Friday 19th July, and actioning any results.
If you need an urgent appointment or advice on Monday 22nd July , please contact us by telephone on 01584 872939 as usual and we will book you in to be seen if appropriate or give you advice over the phone.
Please bear with us as we fix the back log from Friday and the weekend.
If you need an urgent repeat prescription please send us a request online via your NHS app, patient access app or via our online system

We are very grateful to all our staff who are working overtime over the weekend and over the next few days to get our back log sorted out.
If you need an NON URGENT appointment or a NON URGENT REPEAT prescription or any other NON URGENT advice then ideally please send as an online message using the link below and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Alternatively please can you call us after 1.30pm in order to allow our morning staff to work through our more urgent requests first.
