You will no longer be able to book an appointment, ask a question, order a prescription or ask and admin query about a patient via email you will need to make your request can via our Accurx online triage tool.  Patient Triage frees up our phone lines and saves time by providing a simple online access for our patients.

The Accurx message will be read by a member of the team within 1-5 working days. If you have an urgent problem please call us and ask to speak to a Dr or an ANP on a Book on the Day telephone appointment.

2. This will open up your internet browser to a new Triage form, where you can select either Admin query or Medical issue. The patient’s info will be pulled through automatically 👇

  1. You will then need to confirm that the request is not an emergency.

  1. Complete the triage request form as directed.

 

 

  1. You will then be asked who the request is about… 👇

‘Patient’ flow

This option is for when you are filling out the form on behalf of the patient directly.

  1. Confirm the phone number of the patient.

  1. Review the request and choose how they’d like to be contacted.

  1. Submit the request ✅

‘Someone else’ flow

This option is used when someone is contacting you to submit a request on behalf of someone else. For example, a patient’s mother may be describing their child’s earache 👩‍👦

  1. Fill in the proxy details, and click continue.

  1. Review the request and choose how they’d like to be contacted and submit request.
