Accurx online triage system

IMPORTANT NEWS: We want to give you advance notice that from Wednesday 1 st November our system of online communication for patients, carers, and health professionals is changing.

From 1st November 2023 all communication via email from patients, carers, care agencies, ealth professionals for admin requests, appointment bookings, repeat prescriptions will no longer be accepted via the email route.

All routine patient requests via email from Wednesday 1st November MUST come through a structured form submitted online which can be accessed by the following link.

We would appreciate if you would use our Accurx patient triage system as soon as possible instead of email for all future admin and medical requests, queries or information. The Accurx Triage system will allow us to funnel all patient requests into one integrated inbox and analyse trends in demand.

Dr Beanland is providing two educational meetings online on Wednesday 11th and Wednesday 25th October 2023 from 2-3pm to explain the new system and we would appreciate if as many health professionals, carers and patients attend as possible to understand how to use the new system. The meeting will be recorded on teams also for you to be able to listen to it after the meeting has occurred.

Please RSVP to zoe.jennings7@nhs.net and specify which date you wish to attend and she will send you the teams link for you to attend the meeting nearer to the time.
