Urgent help for Mental Illness in Adults
If you or an adult you know is suicidal or experiencing hallucinations, manic or other severe mental health behaviour please call the practice and ask for an urgent appointment in order to ask for a referral to Adult Mental Health Services (CMHT). If the surgery is closed call 111 for urgent advice or help.

Charity which offers private counselling with a donation depending on individual circumstances, sessions now available locally in station drive surgery.
AXIS- Axis is a specialist counselling service in Shrewsbury and Telford, with an outreach in Ludlow on Thursdays.

The Good Grief Cafe will be meeting on the first Thursday of the month in the Pea Green Café , Maskell Centre, 3:30pm – 5:00pm. N.B. This is a social, not a counselling group.

Alzheimers Society is starting a new Dementia Support Drop In on the 2nd Monday of every month between 10 am and 1 pm in Ludlow Library. The first drop in is on Monday 8th October 2018
We can support both carers and people with dementia. We offer personalised support to help you manage the symptoms of dementia, develop strategies fr day-to-day living, and help with making plans for the future. We can help you to access our services as well as other local services appropriate for your needs.

Food Bank Based at Baptist Church
We give food parcels to people in crisis situations, who are referred to us. We have volunteers on duty 11a.m. – 1p.m. Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday,when agency workers or parcel recipients can collect their parcels.
