The Accurx message will be read by a member of the team within 1-2 working days. This system is easy to use and frees up our phone lines and front desk,  saving time by providing a simple online tool to access our reception team.

Urgent tasks

If you have an urgent problem ideally please call us on 01584 872 939 .

If the GP practice is closed, visit NHS 111 online or call 111. In an emergency call 999. 

Front desk

You can come to the practice and ask our reception team about your problem at the front desk however it is difficult to maintain confidentiality in this setting so we may ask you to fill in  form with your problem. We prioritise the front-desk for patients who are hard of hearing or patients who cannot access the surgery easily via the phone or online.
