Update on Computer systems 20/7/2024. 

We continue to be affected by the Global Failure of multiple computer systems and remain unable to access the majority of our clinical records.

We still have no ability to
*access records
*issue or send prescriptions electronically to pharmacies
*receive or view any blood or X ray results
*receive or view any recent letters from consultants

We can see patients who are already booked in to our system in the next week and are able to access a limited amount of information about their medical records; list of medications, main problems and any letters previously sent about them in the past.

If you have an appointment this week PLEASE COME TO YOUR BOOKED APPOINTMENT there is NO NEED TO CANCEL however please bear in mind that we will not be able to access your previous consultations and much of your information will be unavailable to us.

If you need an urgent appointment or advice, please contact us by telephone on 01584 872939 as usual and we will book you in to be seen if appropriate or give you advice over the phone. We will always do the best we can to help but please bear with us as we continue to have a limited service until the computer system is fixed.

If you need an urgent repeat prescription please go to your usual chemist and ask them if they can issue you with an urgent repeat prescription.
