New First Contact Physiotherapist

Portcullis Surgery would like to welcome our new First Contact Physiotherapist who will be offering face to face appointments for our patients.

Steph Palfrey has been employed jointly by the Southwest Shropshire PCN and the Community Trust and will be working for Portcullis Practice on Tuesday and will initially be based at the practice and later on in June will offer appointments from Ludlow Hospital.

If you would like to make an appointment with her all you need to do is send us an online message on https://florey.accurx.com/p/M82043/ or call the practice and ask for an appt with her.

You may need to speak to a Dr or nurse first before being booked in for a face to face appointment with her.

Steph is a First Contact Physiotherapy Service she will be able to see people with the following conditions:

Joint pain
Shoulder pain
Tendon problems
Muscle pain
Sports injuries
Knee problems
Neck pain
Soft tissue injuries
Tennis elbow
Back pain
Osteoarthritis
Trapped nerve
Sciatica

She can also refer you to other services for a longer course of treatment.
