Allied Services in Portcullis Surgery

The following staff are not employed directly by Portcullis Surgery.  However, these services operate out of the Portcullis Surgery premises on a regular basis.

Information on how to access these services is indicated below.

Memory Service

Appointments are available with a nurse from the Memory Service on the first and third Wednesday of the month.

If you are concerned about your memory, please book an initial appointment to discuss this with a GP.  If it is appropriate for you to be seen by the Memory Service, the GP will arrange this for you.

Shropshire Recovery Partnership

Appointments are available with an Alcohol Counsellor from the Shropshire Recovery Partnership fortnightly on a Monday.

If you think you would benefit from support, please book an initial appointment to discuss this with a GP.
