Guide to booking your invitations for Covid vaccine via TEXT

We may invite you to book your Covid or Flu Vaccine via text. When we are ready to invite you, you’ll receive a text with a link that looks something like:

accurx.thirdparty.nhs.uk/r/uniquecode

This link will allow you to book your vaccination appointment as requested by your GP practice and their ‘delivery’ sites:

1. Enter your Date of Birth

   

2. Select which delivery site you would like to attend.

The delivery sites for the Southwest PCN are as follows:

Ludlow Mascall Centre.

We recommend that most Ludlow Portcullis patients book in this centre as this centre is run by Portcullis Staff and has the following advantages:

• Portcullis patients can get both the Covid Booster Vaccine and Flu jab together in this centre only.
• We are also taking the opportunity of giving you a questionnaire to fill in as you leave, this questionnaire has useful information that we need from our patients. Thankyou for filling in the questionnaire and handing it in to the practice or emailing it to us at a later date.

Patients from other practices such as Station Drive, Bishops Castle, Craven Arms, Church Stretton, The Meadows Clun patients can book in this centre but we can only give them the Covid Booster vaccine alone, they will need to book their flu vaccine with their own practice in their own centre.

Physio Department, Ludlow Hospital

Portcullis patients can book in this centre however they will only receive their Covid Booster vaccine in this centre and will need to book their flu vaccine with Portcullis on another date.

We recommend that Station Drive patients book in this centre as Station Drive patients can get both the Covid Booster Vaccine and Flu jab together in this centre only.

Patients from other practices such as Bishops Castle, Craven Arms, Church Stretton, The Meadows Clun patients can book in this centre but they can only have the Covid vaccine booster alone and they will need to book their flu vaccine with their own practice in their own centre.

Health & Wellbeing Centre, Easthope Road, Church Stretton SY6 6BL

Portcullis patients can book in this centre however they will only receive their Covid Booster vaccine in this centre and will need to book their flu vaccine with Portcullis on another date.

We recommend that Station Drive patients book in this centre as Station Drive patients can get both the Covid Booster Vaccine and Flu jab together in this centre only.

3. Click continue and select a 10 minute appointment slot

4. You will then receive a confirmation text of your booked appointment 👍
