Emailing the practice for a repeat prescription
If you need a repeat prescriptions you can request what you need by sending the practice an email.

We will normally answer your email within 48 hours (2 working days) after receiving your request. e.g If you send us an email on a Saturday and there is a bank holiday on the Monday we may not answer your email until the end of Wednesday (2 working days).
This is an alternative to POD telephone or email.

It is a much quicker, safer service and we would encourage you to use it!
You will speak to one of our dedicated and fully trained prescription clerks, who deal with your prescription request and any queries that you may have. They will ensure that you have the correct quantity of medications, reducing the amount of waste generated.
Lines are open Mondays to Fridays, 8am to 5pm, excluding bank holidays when lines are closed.
Lines are busiest between 9am to 11am, so you may find that if you call between these hours, your call cannot be taken.
