We aim to speak to all patients with a SEMI-URGENT PROBLEM and if needed see them within 1-5 days. If you need more urgent help, call your GP. If your GP practice is closed, visit NHS 111 online or call 111. In an emergency call 999

If you have an urgent problem THAT CANNOT WAIT 1-5 DAYS TO BE REVIEWED please call us and ask to speak to a Dr or an ANP on a Book on the Day telephone appointment.

Please give as much detail as possible about your problem in the form below so we can assess your level of urgency. If you wish to speak to a specific clinician, please say so in this form but please be aware that some clinician’s waiting times can be as much as 5-6 weeks.
